i arrived expecting luxury, but the hallways were an embarrassment—worn carpets and a strange odor. Also, that underground parking is a joke. stairs with luggage are a workout! i woudl ve been appreciative of a complimentary upgrade since i suffered through all that inconvenience, but alas, i left feeling utterly disappointed and unvalued.
